Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VYBE (the app and vybemusic.com), operated by CodeFather L.L.C-FZ, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using VYBE you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep access to them secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use VYBE.

Free listening and ads

VYBE is free to use. It is paid for by short ads that play or appear between songs and in the app. We pick ads using the VYBE you are in, your approximate city (from your connection, never GPS), the time of day and local weather, not your personal history. Ads are marked as ads. If you finish a video ad, the next 30 minutes are ad-free.

Advertising on VYBE

Advertisers book campaigns at vybemusic.com/advertise and prepay a budget through Stripe. Every ad is reviewed before it runs, and we may reject or stop ads that are misleading, unsafe, illegal or not right for VYBE. Spend is charged per thousand impressions at the rate shown when booking; unused budget from a rejected or stopped campaign is refunded on request.

Earlier Premium plans

Premium is no longer sold. If you had a Premium subscription, it keeps working until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account (Manage billing) or, on iPhone, in Apple subscriptions.

Tips and inner circles

Tips are one-time payments to an artist. Inner circle memberships are monthly subscriptions to an artist. Payment processing fees are shown before you pay.

Music and content

Music on VYBE is licensed for personal, non-commercial listening inside VYBE. Don't copy, redistribute or record it. Content you post (echoes, gifts, profile) must be respectful and legal; we may remove content that isn't.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account) or on vybemusic.com. It is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 90 days unless you sign in again to restore it.
